Local Restaurant

My friend and I wanted to support a local restaurant during the COVID-19 pandemic, and we thought it would be fun if we let the internet pick for us. We found a random country selector, and whichever country it landed on, we would eat their cuisine. We landed on Kyrgystan. Full disclosure: we looked, and looked, and the closest local place we could find was a restaurant with Uzbekistan cuisine. It ended up being a nice meal and we thanked the staff for a wonderful time!
